◇Electrical performance fully complies with the relevant provisions of GB 7251.1 and IEC 60439-1.
◇The feeder switch adopts a new type of molded case circuit breaker and compound release with small size, high breaking, short arcing (or no arcing), which has overload and short circuit protection functions and can be equipped with leakage protection function according to user requirements.
◇The motor circuit has overload, short circuit, undervoltage and phase loss protection functions.
◇The auxiliary circuit has local and remote control functions and local and remote automatic switching functions.
Precautions before installation, acceptance and commissioning
After the product arrives, first check whether the packaging is intact. If any problems are found, notify the relevant departments in time to find out the reasons. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be placed in an appropriate place according to the provisions of normal use conditions.
◇The user shall prepare the foundation channel steel and bolts for product installation, and the foundation channel steel and the cabinet body connection hole (see Figure 1)◇After the product is installed, it shall be inspected and tested before it is put into operation
◇Check whether the cabinet body is coated with paint film and whether the cabinet is dry and clean;
◇Whether the main electrical appliances and auxiliary contacts are reliable and accurate;
◇Whether the selection of main components and wiring principles are consistent with the principle diagram;
◇Use a 500V megohmmeter with an insulation value of not less than 1MQ. When measuring, pay attention to disconnecting the wiring of electronic components that cannot withstand voltage. ◆Precautions for use
After multiple closing and opening of low-voltage air circuit breakers, the main contacts will be partially burned and carbon substances will be produced to increase the contact resistance. Universal low-voltage air circuit breakers should be regularly maintained and repaired according to the requirements of their instructions.
